IISHF Communication &amp; Marketing Officer - (CMO).&nbsp;Job descriptionThe International Inline Skater Hockey Federation (IISHF – www.iishf.com) is the governing body for skater hockey worldwide. The IISHF organizes 9 international Title Events per year and aims to grow in new markets. Under the auspices of the Vice President the IISHF is looking to for a Communications &amp; Marketing Officer (CMO)Responsibilities:• Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials, including press releases, blog posts and social media content.• Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate channels.• Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaigns.• Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards.• Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.• Work with the IISHF team and partners to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.• Respond to media inquiries.Qualifications expected: (to be met best way possible)• Passion for skater hockey.• Prior experience in a communications, public relations or marketing role.• Understand best practices of the main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Messenger services, etc.).• Must possess exceptional writing skills in English and be able to compose engaging and accurate content.• Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team/partners.• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset.• Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts.Must be resourceful and take initiative proactively even with minimal direction. This process and policy needs to ensure that all disciplinary decisions are made in a fair and transparent way and are uniform with any that have come before. Once this is developed, it is key that it is managed and implemented in a professional and timely manner.Responsibilities:· To help develop a strategy for the disciplinary process that is practical for all parties and allows disciplinary matters to be handled in a professional and timely manner.· Research and present disciplinary process’ from other sports to ensure that BiSHA aligns itself accordingly.· To draw in volunteers to form a pool of disciplinary panel members to be drawn on in the case of a hearing.· To collate statement from all involved parties when a disciplinary incident has taken place and distribute to panel members for them to meet and discuss· Organise members of the disciplinary pool to create panels for each hearing ensuring all members are available to meet and discuss.· Communicate with sanctioned players on decisions that have been made following hearings.· Create a formal report to be presented to the board through the National Technical Director on what decisions have been made following hearings.Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to manage a group of volunteers as and when they become required.
